Our Mission
We believe every organization should be able to use AI responsibly and transparently. AI-Casefile was built to make EU AI Act compliance achievable for teams of any size — not just enterprises with dedicated legal departments.
Our Story
AI-Casefile was founded in Stuttgart, Germany, in response to the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). As the world's first comprehensive AI regulation took shape, we saw that most organizations lacked the tools to comply. We built AI-Casefile to close that gap — a platform that turns complex regulatory requirements into a clear, manageable workflow.
EU AI Act Focus
Our platform is purpose-built for the EU AI Act. Every feature maps directly to a regulatory requirement — from risk classification (Articles 6-7) to documentation (Article 11) to human oversight (Article 14). We continuously update the platform as guidance and enforcement evolve.
The Team
We are a small, focused team of engineers and compliance specialists based in Stuttgart. We combine deep technical expertise with hands-on regulatory knowledge to build tools that actually work in practice.
